Objectives:
1. Supporting the progressive course of UAE within its inclusive and thorough aspects in the Media, Social, Cultural, Educational, Economic, and Managerial fields, and designating roles and responsibilities.
2. Strengthening the productive relations between officials, elites and the media in Emirates society, for the benefit of the general public.
3. Focusing on the digital media challenges, and the necessities of our time, for the UAE and Gulf region, and preparing the way for discussion about it, to gain the best results.
4. Affirming the general achievements in Emirates' experience and strengthening it, to reach to more successes and gains.
5. Supporting the culture of civil liberties, and emphasizing the importance of the civic activities, and its position in the community partnership in the UAE, and developing these activities according to the needs of the broad progress in the country.
6. Encouraging the spirit of initiative and releasing the opportunities in all the sectors of Emirates society, including, youth and women, and providing the chance for all the sectors to benefit from the digital and media developments.
7. Elucidating Emirates' Gulf, Arabic, and Islamic role in the issue of dealing with the digital challenges, in the media, cultural and social fields within the ongoing changes.
8. Emphasizing the role of Emirates and its model in the Gulf region, and on the level of the Arabic and Islamic Worlds.
9. Emphasizing the aspects of international distinction in Emirates experience, considering that it is a progressive experience in the southern countries.
10. Investing the available opportunities within globalization, and the ideal dealing with any negative aspects, including recognizing the identity challenges and preserving the unique culture, and values.
